Dermapet Ectocare combines the synergistic effect of its three specially formulated active ingredients to effectively control and protect our pets from ectoparasites. Its cleansing action leaves the coat soft and with enhanced natural shine. Unlike other flea control shampoos, Dermapet Ectocare is specially formulated to keep up with animal dermocosmetics standards as it contains the same formulation compounds as Dermapet professional groom line.

Ingredients

Permethrin, phosphorated compound and piperonyl butoxide are specially formulated and combined in this shampoo to achieve a proper and stable balance for maximum efficiency. These components will immediately kill adult and larva stages of parasites on contact.

Indications

To treat flea, lice and tick infestations. Insect repellent. It has an immediate knockdown action as well as it eliminates adult forms and larva stages on contact. This product is only for use on dogs.

Scent: Fresh Citron Aroma. The fresh and persistent combination of scented citronella replaces the strong odor of pesticides present in other products in the market.

Directions

For topical use. To be used exclusively on animals. Shake well before use.

Wet dog´s coat thoroughly. Pour Dermapet Ectocare into the cup of your hand. We recommend 50 mL per 10 kg of weight, starting at the head and working back. Work up a lather and allow to remain on pet for 10 to 15 minutes. Rinse well. Repeat the application for optimal results and dry. Repeat the treatment every 7 days if necessary, according to veterinarian’s instructions.

Use restrictions

DO NOT USE ON CATS. Do not use if sensitive to any of the components. Do not use in dogs under 4 months of age or in pregnant females. Avoid bathing the dog 24 to 48 hours before or after an anesthetic procedure.

Cautions

Avoid contact with eyes. Rinse pet thoroughly with warn water. The operator should use gloves for product application. Avoid ingestion, inhalation, and contact with skin and mucous membranes. Wash hands and any exposed body parts with water and soap after contact with the product. Toxic to fish and other cold-blooded animals. Keep out of reach of children and pets. In case of accidental consumption, contact the nearest poison control center.

Store between 15°C and 30°C. For use exclusively on animals. Veterinary use. Shake well before use.
